Another Amazing Tripawds Three Legged Dog Blog
Would like to know how other three legged bulldogs are doing that have lost their back leg. Any problems that you have had and how long has the recovery been. I find that Rocky likes to bark more than before whether it is just a thing he has started to get more attention once we leave the room.
I took him for a ten minute walk in the park yesterday. He did quite well. Lots of rest stops but he enjoyed sniffing the air. It was a beautiful day nice and warm.
Rocky had his back right leg amputated about two months ago. He does not want to walk and if he does has a hard time. The other leg has been operated on three years ago. We bought a harness for three legged dogs but he just wants to lie down in his crate.
Any suggestions would be appreciated to get Rocky back to enjoying life.
